Toying Around Reviews - My Little Pony/Transformers crossover: My Little Prime

Today we will be taking a look at a strange crossover figure from the people over at Hasbro. This review is the crossover figure between the My Little Ponies and Transformers. Earlier this year we did get a My Little Pony and Transformers crossover comic book. This figure takes it to the next level so let’s jump in and take a look.

PACKAGING: Before we open this up, let's take a look at the packaging.

My Little Prime comes in a mainly white square box. At the top left, we have the crossover collection logo that Hasbro has been using on all the crossover figures. Below that we have some artwork of the figure, The figure itself is displayed next to the picture in a nice big window. running along the bottom of the box we have the Autobot logo (done in pink), The figure's names, and The Transformers, and Hasbro logos. Turning the box to the side we have the continuation of the artwork from the front. We also have the saying CUTIE MARKS & BOTS. On the back of the box, we have the CUTIE MARKS & BOTS saying again along with a full picture of the My Little Prime artwork. Turing the box around one more time we have the name My Little Prime running down the side along with the window from the front wrapping around we can see the figure from the front. This is great for any collector who would like to keep the figure mint in the box.

OUTSIDE OF THE BOX: Let's open the box and take a closer look at the figure.

Taking My Little Prime out of the box we get to see all the really cool paint deco that this pony has to make him look just like Optimus Prime. All the colors on this pony really pop.

ACCESSORIES: Let's see what kind of accessories the figure comes with.

NONE!

ARTICULATION: How can we pose the figure? Let's find out!

MY LITTLE PRIME’S ARTICULATION INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: TAIL SWIVEL - This lets you move the tail around 360 degrees.

SIZE COMPARISON: How does the size of this figure compare to others?

My Little Prime stands right at 4.5 inches tall. Here is My Little Prime standing next to Optimus Prime from the earth-rise line.

OVERALL

This is a fun little crossover figure, I never really thought I would ever see a comic book crossover let alone a figure. If you are a fan of the two or just like fun crossover items then I’d suggest picking this one up.

RETAIL COST: $12.99 I PICKED MINE UP FROM HASBRO PLUS.

TIME FOR SOME TOYING AROUND!!
